This particular work is part of a series of three Instagram filters to augment Kartorupa exhibition at Jakarta Maritime Museum. This exhibition highlights the cartographic collections related to Java Island's history. It begins with the history of mapmaking from many places, and an an odometer was used in the past to calculate the distance.
I created a portal where the user can see and inspect Leonardo Da Vinci's odometer closely. This filter is also created to increase visitor's engagement with the exhibition whilst enabling them to share their AR experience in the social media platform. After around one month, the series of Instagram filters has attracted more than 1,500 views and 500 captures.
